US Licensed Professional Counselor

English speaking therapist
Paige is a compassionate, collaborative therapist who believes that healing happens when clients feel truly safe, understood, and accepted just as they are. She works with individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging experiences — including trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions — and is deeply committed to helping each person feel supported and never alone in what they are facing.
Her therapeutic approach is humanistic at its core and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and feminist theory.
She draws from these frameworks flexibly, tailoring her work to what fits each individual client rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Paige has particular expertise in trauma, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, and supporting individuals whose lives have been affected — directly or indirectly — by substance use. She understands how deeply these experiences can ripple through every area of life, and she brings both clinical skill and genuine empathy to that complexity.
Sessions are guided by your goals, your values, and what feels most meaningful to you in the moment. Paige’s aim is to help you build practical skills, deepen self-insight, and move toward real and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are processing something painful, navigating relationship challenges, or working through the impact of substance use on your life or someone you love, Paige is here to work alongside you every step of the way.
